Molly Corrigan is a stylist, art director, and writer who recently gave up her career in fashion to become a Natural Foods Chef.  A lifetime eater, cook, and self-proclaimed health food expert, she decided to take a leap and begin schooling at the Natural Gourmet Institute.  

A native Texan, Molly lives in Brooklyn with her beloved Vitamix, dentist boyfriend, and terminally ill succulent.  

Molly's dishes are are all made with whole, natural, and as often as possible (she's not a hero) organic ingredients.  She suggests all recipes should be executed with a glass of wine in hand, tasted frequently, and enjoyed with people you love.
